Control and instrumentation, collectively screened, armoured, fire resisting shipboard cables rated 150V/250V

SH-CI-C-A-F S95 cables are designed for control and instrumentation applications on ships. They are collectively screened to minimize electromagnetic interference, armoured for mechanical protection, and fire-resistant to ensure circuit integrity during a fire. These cables are rated for 150V/250V operation and are built to comply with relevant IEC standards for marine environments.

• Conductor: Bare (optional tinned) copper class 5 according to IEC 60228
• Insulation: Silicon compound S95 according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-376
• Core Identification (Preferential): Single: black with numbers 1, 2, 3, … Pair: black, white with numbers 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, … Triple: black, white, red with numbers 1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3, … Quad: black, white, red, blue with numbers 1-1-1-1, 2-2-2-2, 3-3-3-3, …
• Single Core Assembly: Each core assembled forming pairs or triples or quads (unit)
• Total Assembly: All cores or units assembled in round formation with suitable fillers and non-hygroscopic tape(s)
• Collective Screen: Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire
• Armouring: Bare copper braid (upon request tinned copper or galvanized steel wire braid). Minimum coverage 90%
• Outer Sheath: SHF1 compound according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-376. Colour: orange (or other colour agreed). Outer diameter according to IEC 60092-350 annex D
