Single and multicore, unarmoured, fire resistant power and control shipboard cables rated 0,6/1 kV

The SH-PC-U-F S95 cables are designed for power and control applications on ships and offshore installations. These unarmoured cables are fire resistant and rated for 0.6/1 kV operation. They feature a silicone S95 insulation and a SHF1 outer sheath, ensuring performance in demanding marine environments. These cables are compliant with several IEC standards.

• Conductor: Bare (optional tinned copper) class 5 according to IEC 60228
• Insulation: Silicon compound S95 according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-353
• Core Identification (preferential): 1 core: black; 2 cores: brown, blue; 3 cores: black, grey, brown or (blue, brown, green/yellow); 4 cores: brown, black, grey, blue or green/yellow; 5 cores: blue, brown, black, grey, black or green/yellow; From 5 cores: black numbered (with or without green/yellow)
• Bedding: Yarn fillers and non hygroscopic tape or extruded halogen-free inner sheath
• Outer Sheath: SHF1 compound according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-353. Colour: orange (or other colour agreed). Outer diameter according to IEC 60092-350 annex D
• Marking: Cable diameter > 20mm: UNIKA (Italy) – SH-PC-U-F S95 0,6/1 kV 90°C (core number) x (cross-section) – IEC 60092-353 – IEC 60332-3-22 – IEC 60331-21 – IEC 60331-1 – traceability code. • Minimum Installation Temperature: -15 °C
