The SH-CI-IC-A is a screened and armoured control and instrumentation cable designed for shipboard applications. It features individual and collective screening to minimize interference, and armouring for mechanical protection. It's rated for 150/250V (300V) operation and is suitable for fixed installations.

• Insulation: HF XLPE compound according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-376
• Core Identification (preferential): Pair: black, white with numbers 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, …
  Triple: black, white, red with numbers 1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3, …
  Quad: black, white, red, blue with numbers 1-1-1-1, 2-2-2-2, 3-3-3-3, …
• Single Core Assembly: Each core assembled forming pairs or triples or quads (unit)
• Individual Screen: Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire (optional bare or tinned copper wire braid)
• Unit Assembly: All cores or units assembled in round formation with suitable fillers and non-hygroscopic tape(s)
• Collective Screen: Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire
• Taping: Non-hygroscopic tape(s)
• Armouring: Bare copper (upon request tinned copper or galvanized steel) wire braid. Minimum coverage 90%
• Outer Sheath: Compound SHF1 according to IEC 60092-360. Thickness according to IEC 60092-376. Colour: grey (or other colour agreed). Outer diameter according to IEC 60092-350 annex D
• Marking: UNIKA (Italy) – SH-CI-IC-A 150/250 V 90°C (n° cores) x (n° units) x (cross-section) – IEC 60092-376 – IEC 60332-3-22 – traceability code
• Rated Conductor Temperature for Fixed Installation: 90°C
